Is it possible to have meals that are cheap, healthy, and tasty?  Sure!
Is it possible to get your kids excited about their food?  You bet!

Don't want your kids glued to screens?  Neither do we.  Here are some things that help us get our kids up and moving around.  6 minutes or 60.

Every little bit helps!

What does mindfulness mean for kids?  A chance to slow down and enjoy the little things.  A chance to pause and collect themselves.  Kids and adults can all get a little something out of it.
